At Sensum Scents, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home fragrance experience. If you are not delighted with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused and original-packaged items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused scent diffusers or candles in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
